Thank You for an Incredible 6th Annual SWAG Awards 2026!!!!
LSW Clinical Supervision Cohort
There are a lot of talented social workers doing meaningful work every day without consistent access to quality clinical supervision.
And that gap slows down growth, delays licensure, and quietly contributes to burnout.
This cohort was created to change that.
ABOUT THE COHORT
The SWAG Alliance Foundation Clinical Supervision Cohort provides free, group clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) working in high-demand, under-resourced, and community-based settings across Southwestern Pennsylvania.
This is not just supervision to “check a box.” This is a space for reflection, skill-building, and support while doing work that asks a lot of you.
