2023 SWAG LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Tanya J Ashby, LSW

Tanya J. Ashby graduated from Central State University with an Associates in Child Development and a Bachelor’s in Social Welfare and from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master’s in Social Work.   

She gained employment with Pittsburgh Public Schools in 2003 as the Mental/ Behavioral Health Assistant.  She is a Licensed and Certified School Social Worker with Pittsburgh King Pre K-8, and a proud member of the Pittsburgh Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

2023 SWAG CHANGEMAKER AWARD
Molly Burke Allwein, LSW

Molly is currently the Director of Professional Education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work where she oversees the development & delivery of continuing and professional education for licensed helping professionals. Molly is a member of the United Way’s Women in Leadership Program & Bridges Society, and serves as a member of HEARTH’s Young Professionals Board.
